Sigurd the Skald

Sigurd Jorkelson is the tax collector for the Jarl and general sneak. He is also a skald which fits his demeanor perfectly as he regularly skulks and listens telling all he hears to his master.

He says it's just his job but he seems a little too cheerful in his work.
