Orm Forkbeard claims to be the oldest viking still traiding up the rivers in the Rus lands (and most are inclined to believe him.)

He stopped at our village some years ago and now only sails once or twice a year. A fearsome warrior who will only shrink from battle in the face of a muddy puddle, the prospect of getting his silken finery dirty just doesn't appeal to him.
